Refer-A-Provider Bonus Program

 
 

The Refer-A-Provider Bonus Program was created to expand Applied ABC’s BT/RBT and BCBA recruitment efforts and help get the word out about our open ABA therapist positions throughout the country. The program gives all Applied ABC employees, regardless of role or location, a chance to receive a $100 referral bonus.

There are no limits to the number of candidates you can refer or how many ‘Refer-A-Provider’ bonuses you can earn. Once the candidate has worked with Applied ABC on an active case for two months, you will receive a $100 gift card via email. 

How Does the Refer-A-Provider Bonus Program Work?

Once you have an all-star mental health therapist in mind, earning your $100 gift card is simple!

  1. You fill out our Refer-A-Provider submission form below.

  2. Our staffing team reaches out to the candidate and reviews their qualifications.

  3. If it looks like a good match, the candidate is interviewed for an open case.

  4. If your candidate is hired and assigned to an active case, we’ll send you a notification via email.

  5. Once the therapist you referred has worked on an active case for two months, we’ll send you a $100 gift card via email!
