Working at Applied ABC

At Applied ABC, we offer strong support to our dedicated BCBAs by giving them the independence and continued learning they need to make a real difference.

We understand that our team members have a life and a family outside of their roles and we value work/life balance.

We offer several benefits to our autism therapists.

  • Comprehensive health benefits with multiple plans

  • No-cost dental insurance

  • Paid time off

  • Paid and floating holidays

  • Generous base salaries

  • Assistance in the event of a personal or professional situation to ensure your success.

Flexibility, Guidance, and Career Development

Your schedule is up to you. We are very flexible and won’t micromanage your time. You have the ability to focus on your clients and work within the parameters that best fit both you and your client’s schedules.

A case manager is assigned to each of your cases so you never need to feel that you can’t give feedback or ask for help. We encourage our BCBAs to provide feedback at any time and will make changes based on what is best for the client.

Applied ABC is a very collaborative working environment. You’ll have the opportunity to speak with other BCBAs to review goals, analyze assessments, and discuss other questions you might have as you develop a plan for your clients.

We encourage professional development and we will pay or reimburse you for certain training and certifications. There are various roles and responsibilities within our company, so if you prefer an admin/BCBA hybrid role, that is very possible.

Schedule and Responsibilities

BCBAs will coordinate with families to put together a working schedule.

Our BCBAs provide comprehensive support for learning communication, social, and daily living skills. This is achieved by providing personalized ABA treatment. Autism therapy at Applied ABC focuses on each individual client’s needs and is led by an RBT. The RBT is directed and supported by the BCBA. The essential job functions of this position include:

  • Conducting initial assessments and functional assessments

  • Developing individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

  • Creating individualized programming to correspond with a treatment plan

  • Continuous evaluation of client progress and using results to adjust programming as needed

  • Providing support and supervision for RBTs conducting sessions

  • Communicating with families to provide guidance, support, and training

Qualifications

To qualify for the job, candidates must meet certain requirements. These include:

  • A Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

  • BACB certification

  • United States work authorization

  • Having a flexible schedule, including afternoon and evening availability
